Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support (hardware, software, network, and systems).
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, or helpdesk system in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common applications (MS Office, email, collaboration tools).
- Assist in managing Active Directory accounts, user permissions, and access rights.
- Support network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN/WAN) and escalate to network engineers when needed.
- Ensure endpoint protection (antivirus, patching, encryption) is applied consistently.
- Document common issues, resolutions, and create user guides/FAQs.
- Assist in IT asset management, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or vendors.
- Maintain compliance with organizational IT policies, data security, and backup procedures.

- Attention to Detail: Accurate troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to pursue certifications, training, and upskill in IT.
Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry certifications are an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation).
- Equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
- Fiji citizen or permanent resident.
- Police clearance and clean driver’s license.
