The Hon. Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Trade, Co-operatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Communications – Hon. Manoa Kamikamica is a Proud Fijian with over  33 years of experience in the field of Finance, Aviation, Banking and Manufacturing at a senior executive level.

A Chartered Accountant by Profession Hon. Kamikamica is the first indigenous Fijian to become a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is presently a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Hon. Kamikamica was the CFO and General Manager for the Lyndhurst Group of Companies and has served senior roles with ANZ in Tonga, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Before joining ANZ, Hon. Kamikamica worked for Fiji’s National Carrier Fiji Airways for over 13 years as General Manager Finance and General Manager Strategic Planning. Hon. Kamikamica holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW in Australia.

Leigh has been in the business of Identity and Cybersecurity for 28 years.   In fact, he began before the word Cyber was even used, when Security process for IT was in its earliest forms and being a Systems Administrator meant creating accounts into ancient platforms like mainframes, midrange systems through command lines and fast paths or in a visual guide with Windows NT .     Over a long career Leigh has been a programmer, IT Admin, IT Manager,  Team Leader for Emerging Technologies, Security Architect all in Insurance companies, and then onto the world of software companies.  The journey has been IBM Security, Oracle Security, IBM-Trusteer (banking fraud), Okta, Forter (retail fraud) and now Saviynt .  And all of it has been the technology, applications, systems, research and innovation that represent the world of Security, Compliance, Privacy, Governance and Fraud.   The one thing that is common to every technology over all this time.. Identity is at the centre of it all.

Edward Bernard is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF), leading national initiatives in private sector advocacy, enterprise development, and employer engagement across Fiji. Throughout his professional journey, Sam has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in driving successful sales teams and highlighting the business value and return on investment (ROI) of diverse cybersecurity solutions.

Sam holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Malaysia’s Universiti Tenaga Nasional, adding a solid academic foundation to his practical expertise in the field.

Per Bo Neilsen is Netskope New Zealand’s Senior Solution Engineer, with over 40 years of technical leadership experience.Per is highly certified across multiple technical domains with expertise in SASE, Zero Trust, Data Protection, AI Security, Application layer security, DDoS, Cyber Security, Mobile, Design, and Architecture.
He is also an enthusiastic fly-fisher who has achieved finalist status in the Taupo Trout Derby multiple times.
