Auckland, New Zealand – Local technology company, VT Solutions, were thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the New Zealand Information Technology and Cybersecurity Conference (NZ ITACC) and CybersecCon24, held last week. The week-long event, hosted by VT Solutions, featured a series of interactive sessions, site visits, product demonstrations and covered attendance at two major tech events, TechX and CybersecCon24.
Shailesh Sharma, CEO of VT Solutions described the week as a “pulsating jam-packed week” where delegates not only had the unique opportunity to engage with solutions architects, and product specialists but also end users across the industry who shared their own experience. “It was an excellent mix of meetings and workshops with top-tier technology brands and cybersecurity specialists as well as the opportunity to witness two of the largest tech events in New Zealand. A significant point of difference was the inclusion of relevant end user stakeholders who gave their own testimony on their respective journeys”, he said.
The first event, TechX, was held at the Viaduct Events Centre on Auckland Harbour. Featuring keynote address Steve Brazier (President & CEO of leading technology market analyst firm, Canallys) who shared his experience on delivering continuous innovation, transformation and being the catalyst for the adoption of digital first strategies. Tech X served as a vibrant hub for showcasing cutting-edge technologies from more than 30 technology vendors and fostering valuable industry connections.
CybersecCon24, hosted by Chillisoft at the Hilton Hotel, Auckland, was a grand and suitable conclusion to the week. The conference featured prominent speakers such as Paul Macpherson from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Nancy Taneja from Toyota New Zealand Limited, Phil Ross from Air New Zealand, and Christophe Demoor from Auckland Transport, who shared their insights and organizational experience on the evolving landscape of digital security. The conference also hosted an entire floor of leading tech security vendors and specialists who took time to interact and collaborate with the fiji delegation.
