Responsibilities: 

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems including projectors, displays, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment. 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements and provide technical support. 
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of AV equipment. 
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance. 
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AV systems. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred. 
• Proven experience as an AV System Technician or a related role. 
• Proficiency in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment. 
• Knowledge of audio-visual protocols, standards, and signal flow. 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and streaming technologies. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
