Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in providing support to end-users and clients regarding communication systems and cabling issues 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, IT professionals, and project managers 
• Support senior technicians in pulling and routing cables. 
• Perform quality checks on cables, connectors, and other network components 
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for their implementation 
• Gain experience in coordinating tasks and managing project timelines 
• Work closely with senior staff to gain practical experience and insights 

Skills and Competencies: 

• Understanding of basic networking concepts, protocols, and architectures 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal & written 
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to network connectivity and cabling 
• Adaptability to technology 
• Safety compliance 
• Communication & problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail and continuous learning  

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications 

• Trade Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or similar 
• Fiji citizen or permanent resident 
• Police clearance and clean driver’s license
