The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured cabling, network installations, and troubleshooting. As a Cabling Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of data and voice cabling systems. 

Responsibilities: 

• Install, terminate, and test network cabling (fiber optic and copper) in commercial and industrial environments. 
• Perform cable management, labeling, and documentation to industry standards. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity and cabling infrastructure. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. 
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices. 
• Maintain accurate records of cabling installations and configurations. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred. 
• Proven experience as a Cabling Technician or similar role. 
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards and protocols. 
• Familiarity with network equipment and components. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. 
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing as required.
