Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely end-to-end payroll.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment and performance management.
- Handle payroll and HR queries confidentially.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment legislation.
- Experience with payroll systems and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional, discreet, and able to meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or similar.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Payroll.
- Fiji citizen or permanent resident.
- Police clearance and clean driver’s license.
