Manager – Structured Cabling, CCTV & BMS Team

Due to growth and expansion, we are looking for a hands-on technical lead to join our team. If you are self-driven, have a passion for success and want to be part of a focused and well-rewarded team, then read on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structured cabling, CCTV, and BMS installation projects
  • Oversee project execution, team performance, quality control, and compliance
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
  • Manage and troubleshoot fiber optics, IP networks, access control, and surveillance systems
  • Supervise technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership with proven team and project management experience
  • In-depth technical knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV systems, BMS, and related technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or ICT
  • Certifications such as BICSI, CCNA, PMP, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing cabling/CCTV/BMS projects
  • Fiji citizen or permanent resident
  • Police clearance and clean driver’s license
