  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct market research, and provide insights to shape business strategies. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role. 
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. 
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends. 
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems. 
  • Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
