We are looking for a highly organized individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly. 


 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. 
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various teams, including scheduling, document preparation, and general clerical tasks. 
  • Facilities Coordination: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communication, answering phones and handling inquiries. 
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and team-building activities. 



  • Proven experience in office administration or a related role. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
