Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with suppliers and freight handlers for ETA and delivery updates.
- Update and communicate backorder updates to relevant internal parties.
- Coordinate monthly and annual stock takes.
- Prepare stock reports for Management review.
- Weekly and monthly stock reconciliation and month-end functions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Organized and deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal & written
- Stock control and procurement experience
- Customs import experience
- Data analysis and report writing experience
- MYOB or similar experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office use skills, Excel preferred
