Edward Farrel

Mercury ISS, CEO & Principal Consultant

Edward Farrell is the CEO and a principal consultant with Mercury, An Australian cyber security practice. with 15 years experience in cyber security and 20 years in technology, He has conducted or overseen the delivery of over 1000 security assessment activities and incident responses in the past 9 years. In addition to his professional role, Edward is also a lecturer at the Australian Defence Force Academy, A director on the ISC2 board, and has had a past in cyber security research and undertaking bug bounties.

Dane Blackmore

Netskope, Country Manager

Dane Blackmore is the country manager for Netskope, and has over a decade of experience working on digital transformation and cybersecurity objectives with business and government orgs of all sizes. He is passionate about helping organisations to use zero trust architecture and cybersecurity to safely exploit one of their most valuable assets – customer data.

Joshua Gardner

Mimecast,  Channel Account Manager

Joshua Gardner has over 20 years’ experience across the channel ecosystem with a background in cybersecurity, network infrastructure and cloud, built from roles across vendors, distribution and partners. Currently serving as Distribution Manager at Mimecast for ANZ, Joshua is responsible for managing distribution channels, leveraging his expertise to drive cybersecurity focus in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the pacific.

Chillisoft, CEO

Alex is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with 20+ years of industry experience. Founding Vigil Software, Alex grew it into a $44M+ operation before its sale in 2016. As CEO of Chillisoft, Alex has transformed the company into a multi-Gartner leading vendor, distributing top brands like ESET, LogRhythm, CyberArk, and more. Alex is committed to team growth and integrity, having built sales, technical, and marketing teams focused on cybersecurity excellence. With a deep understanding of cybersecurity, he’s worked directly with over 5,000 partners in EMEA and ANZ. Now, with over 2,000 partners in the ANZ market, Alex’s expertise spans various cybersecurity domains, from Next-Gen Firewalls to Mobile Security. Passionate about helping businesses establish SOCs and security services, Alex is dedicated to delivering top-notch cybersecurity solutions across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific.
